Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping (U.S. Only)

  • Free Shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum required.
  • Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri; orders placed after 12pm ET ship the next business day).
  • Transit time: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS. Rural areas may take a bit longer.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for carrier scan updates.
    If your order shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact support@essentialifenutrition.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
  • PO Boxes: Orders to P.O. Boxes ship via USPS.
  • Address accuracy: Please include apartment/suite numbers. Packages returned due to incorrect or insufficient address or refused delivery may be refunded minus the original and return shipping costs. Reshipments require a new shipping fee.
  • Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Email returns@essentialifenutrition.com within 7 days of delivery with photos (outer box, label, product). After verification, we’ll replace or refund at no cost to you.
    To expedite resolution, please include clear photos of:
    (1) the outer shipping box,
    (2) the shipping label,
    (3) the product itself, and
    (4) the batch or expiration code (if visible).
  • Peak seasons: During holidays or carrier surges, delivery may take longer.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your EssentiaLife experience. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll make it right — within clear, fair, and safe guidelines.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened and sealed products only.
  • Opened items are not eligible for return or refund due to safety and quality control regulations.
  • An item is considered sealed when its tamper-evident seal and safety shrink band are intact and show no signs of opening or damage. 

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Items purchased through third-party sellers (e.g., Amazon, marketplaces, or other retailers).
  • Returns received without prior authorization.

Return Process

  1. Email returns@essentialifenutrition.com within 30 days of delivery to request authorization.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable) in your email. Please write “Return Request – Order #12345 (Reason)” in the subject line to help us process your request faster.

  3. Once approved, we’ll email you detailed return instructions, including the correct return-to address and your Return Authorization (RMA). Please do not ship products back before receiving these instructions — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

  4. Return shipping labels are not automatically provided. You may use your own carrier label or request a prepaid label from us; if we issue one for an eligible return, its cost will be deducted from your refund.

  5. Returns are received and processed Monday–Friday. All products must be sealed, unused, and in original condition to qualify for a refund.

  6. Pack items securely (preferably in the original packaging).

  7. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  8. Return requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days, and approved returns receive a Return Authorization (RMA) by email.

Return Shipping Costs

  • All U.S. orders ship free (outbound).
  • For standard change-of-mind returns (unopened and eligible), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
    We can provide a prepaid return label and deduct its cost from your refund, or you may use your own carrier.
  • If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by EssentiaLife at no cost to you.

Refunds & Store Credits

  • Approved refunds are processed for unopened items only.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For first-time purchases where the customer is dissatisfied, we may offer a one-time store credit as a courtesy.
  • Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Address Issues & Refused Deliveries

Packages returned due to incorrect or insufficient address, or refused deliveries, may be refunded minus the original and return shipping costs.
If a package is returned for these reasons, your refund will exclude carrier costs. To reship, a new shipping fee will apply.

Health & Safety Notice

If you experience any adverse reaction, sensitivity, or discomfort, discontinue use immediately and consult your healthcare provider.
EssentiaLife products are formulated for general wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Because everyone’s body is different, individual responses may vary. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or under a physician’s care, please consult your doctor before use.
